iXtreme LT Ultimate 2 (LTU2) for Team Xecuter LTU2 PCB (Lite-On DG-16D5S and Hitach DL10N) (released 2013-08-10 UTC)

- Support for Lite-On DG-16D5S 1175/1532 and Hitachi DL10N 0500/0502

- No need for firmware dump of source drive. Requires DVD Key and J-Runner data

- Supports enhanced topology data if present for more accurate topology responses (future abgx360 support)

This firmware is uniquely written for the TX LTU2 board. Use the latest Jungle Flasher 0.1.95 Beta(321)

A fitting swan song fw for the 360, this was a really tricky one to pull off.

I have one more surprise product to go for 360! – it's something I wasn't going to do but after seeing all the mistakes and incorrect steps from other attempts, I figured I'd do it myself – but the right way

Thanks go to Team Xecuter & Team Jungle and all testers for their hard work and efforts in the development process.

Xbox One! Bring it on!

Thanks to everyone for the fun over the years! – C4E

iXtreme LT Ultimate (LTU) for Team Xecuter LTU PCB (released 2013-01-31 UTC)

- Support for Lite-On DG-16D4S 9504/0272, 0225, 0401, 1071, Lite-On DG-16D5S 1175, 1532, and Hitachi 0500, 0502

- No need for firmware dump of source drive. Requires DVD Key and J-Runner data

- Supports enhanced topology data if present for more accurate topology responses (future abgx360 support)

- Requires new JungleFlasher to support LTU board flashing process. Use 0800 dual-layer disc in drive to enable reflashing/vendor mode once LTU is written to board

This firmware is uniquely written for the TX LTU board. It has all the features of LT+ v3.0 with the addition of the LTU features.

The 1332 chip has been the most secure chip used in the 360 to date. Kudos to MTK/Lite-On for their attempt.

The movement of the DVD Key, AES routines and real-time firmware checks into the drive CPU was a nice touch.

I would like to dedicate this release to fellow countryman and Commodore hacker Julian Assange and Wikileaks. Keep the bastards honest.

Thanks go to Team Jungle and all testers for their hard work and efforts in the development process.
Thanks also go to Team Xecuter for their support to this project.

iXtreme LT+ v3.0 for Hitachi 78/79 (released 2012-12-25 UTC)

- Support for topology data on AP25 enabled titles. Will correctly answer any ap25 challenge eliminating need for dae.bin to create a backup.

- No need to make new backups everytime dae.bin is updated on console

- Use current JF to upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0 (3.0 as Target firmware) using free flash (Ctrl F8) until an updated version of Jungleflasher is released.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. LT Ultimate & The LT Ultimate PCB is next!

Thanks go to Team Jungle and all testers for their hard work and efforts in the development process.
Thanks also go to Team Xecuter for their support to this project.

Burner MAX Payload v0.15 (PC DVD Burners) (released 2012-12-20 UTC)

- Works with most MTK chipset-based DVD burners (Lite-On, etc.)

- No need to flash burner firmware. Delivers a realtime payload to increase capacity of DVD+R DL discs to support XGD3

- Support for stock iHAS B, C, and D burners — all makes and models

- Support for many of the Lite-On iHAS Clones

- Supports many other models such as ASUS, Samsung, Pioneer and many others

- Supports many Lite-On and Samsung USB External Burners

- Supports many Lite-On IDE Burners

- Supports any disc burning software (ImgBurn recommended)

How it Works

Load your favorite burning software. Insert your blank DVD+R DL disc. Send the BurnerMAX Payload. Re-select your drive in the burner software and the capacity will be increased.
You will need to send the BurnerMAX Payload evertime you insert a blank DVD+R DL disc.

Special vendor specific commands are sent to examine in realtime the drives custom registers, searching for specific DVD+R DL blank media capacity and layer capacity parameters.

If found these registers are modified using another set of vendor specific commands.

Due to the use of stock firmware and different burner makes and models, any settings the burner has play a more important role.

For iHas burners B, C and D, recommended settings are:

Force Hypertuning – Enabled
Online Hypertung – Disabled
Smartburn – Enabled
Overspeed – Enabled
OPC history – Do not clear

Results may vary depending on hardware and disc brand.

Verbatim DVD+R DL (Singapore Manufactured) Blank Discs are recommended for best results.

I would like to wish everyone a merry xmas and a happy new year – many more goodies are coming……

Thanks go to Team Jungle for their hard work and efforts in the development process.

Thanks also go to Team Xecuter for their support to this project.

I wish to dedicate BurnerMAX Payload Tool's release to the victims of the Connecticut school massacre and the bravery of the school teachers involved who saved many lives.

v0.15

iXtreme LT+ v3.0 for Lite-On 0272(9504)/0225/0225u/0401/1071 (Slim) (released 2012-01-16 UTC)

- Support for topology data on AP25 enabled titles. Will correctly answer any ap25 challenge eliminating need for dae.bin to create a backup.

- No need to make new backups everytime dae.bin is updated on console

- Extra support for rare firmwares

Topology Data

When ap25 was first introduced I devised a way of calculating any challenge which I called the silver bullet which I made reference to along time ago.
This was withheld until it was absolutely necessary. It was easier to replay the fixed challenges.

With unique per console ap25 challenges it has become necessary to use the silver bullet.

A series of measurements are taken across the disk. This topology data is then used to calculate a response to any ap25 challenge.

It is very important that the drive used to create the topology data is reliable at reading discs as bad topology data equals bad ap25 responses.

Liteon drives using 0800 v3 seem to be more accurate for this purpose. Only ap25 enabled titles require topology data. Activation of ap25 on older non-ap25 games although technically possible is highly unlikely.

Currently topology data for xgd3 titles are similar and topology data from one xgd3 title will pass on another xgd3 title although this is not advisable.

Per title title topology data is best as there are slight differences between titles and newer titles could have different topology than existing ones.

One liteon to go and four Hitachis. Have a great year everyone.

Thanks go to Team Jungle and all testers for their hard work and efforts in the development process.
Thanks also go to Team Xecuter for their support to this project.

iXtreme LT+ v2.0b for Hitachi 79 (released 2011-12-03 UTC)

- Support for XGD3 ixtreme backups using LT-MAX for maximum capacity on standard DVD+R DL discs.

- Support for large capacity DVD+R DL media (no errors when burning)

- bugfix for 8.7Gb backups

*NOTE: Hitachi v2.0+ does not support truncated XGD3 nor Xbox 1 backups (Xbox 1 originals are fine).

About upcoming iXtreme LT+ 3.0 – released after December 6th

Originals will need to be analysed by XBC to gain disc topology data. This data replaces the need for ap25/dae.bin data and enables any ap25 challenge to be
answered correctly. The topology data method is very efficient using only 24k and is very accurate. Each title will need its own topology data as there are differences
between titles, even xgd3 titles and backups can be detected if the same topology data is used between titles.
Backups will remain the same layout but will need the new topology data inserted by the new abgx or re-dumped with the new XBC for xgd2/ap25 or xgd3 titles.

Non ap25 titles will remain unchanged

Thanks go to Team Jungle for their hard work and efforts in the development process.
Thanks also go to Team Xecuter for their support to this project.

AP25 SS are region specific for region locked games (Current Example NFS: Hot Pursuit is both PAL and NTSC – 2 different AP25 Patches)

If you boot the AP25 titles without LT+ you will probably be flagged for a ban.

You cannot spoof a different model drive as that can now be detected. With this release of LT+ you HAVE to have an original Benq or Liteon.

LT+ for slim 9504 is next followed by LT+ for slim 0225

Thanks go to Team Jungle for their hard work and efforts in the development process.
Thanks go to Team Xecuter for their generous support and input to this project.
