Start regedit

First find key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\msahci
Select “Start” and change value to “0″ if it isn’t.

Then find key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\pciide
Select “Start” and change value to “0″ if it isn’t.

Close regedit and restart computer, change to ide in bios and it should boot.
