I got a ban flag for assassins creed brotherhood back in Nov 10 and never went on live afterwards, now I hear they have reversed the bans. I just wanted to know if I can sign in again as don’t wont my box getting bricked or losing my gamertag.

On a side note does anyone know if you can copy the new 0800 rips to the hard drive as my backups tend to crash alot if I don’ play them from the HD.

Cheers for any help

ap25 fail does not mean flagged for ban as many report failing ap25 with retail game and stock firm. bro back in 2010 thought it might cause ban hammer but since then many retails and stock firm fail for many reasons such as scratched disc bad laser. so i think ur safe but not ant ap25 or 26 or gxd3 rips as the ap25/26 games such as acb and mw2 black op’s nfs hot persuit and halo reach and a few more need to be run thru abgx agian then burned also first very important get latest firm flash to stock before the update then flash latest cfw then ur good to go if u get banned u can use tool on pc to uncorrupt ur profile bro but what makes u think ur flagged cause game fail ap25?

Thanks for the response I checked for a few days and nobody answered, just came back to see if anybody had any news on the update on the rage disc.

Yeah I havent played on live for ages I just wanted to update my gamerscore on there and get some of the free games so wouldnt be using the ap 25/26 games. I have the latest dash and now on LT 2.0. I got the flag as I was impatient/stupid when ACB came out I thought I had a Samsung drive but it turned out that was in my old xbox that died. I pay for my flashing done so wasnt 100% sure which drive it was, checked with xval and I have the failed challenge so just decided to stay off live altogether until I heard about the reversals. Well thanks for the info especially the uncorupting program for the HDD.

i have a friend with failed xval, his xbox is a corruptor. but he plays online always, i don’t believe they ban people anymore unless they play seriously messed up discs or have something setup very wrong with their xbox (like drive with bad firmware), or take a jtag online. they want your money for their services and downloads.

i would say you are ok to go online. the worst that could happen is you do get banned and become a corruptor. but then you will just stay offline anyway, which is what you are already doing.

Thanks for the advice guys, went on live for the first time since Nov 10 and it just updated my avatar and that was it, it works fine. I just wanted to be sure before going on and then getting banned. Cheers
