Hello,

LT 3.0 for BEN-Q/LITE-ON 0800 will be ripped AP25 data ?
Because reburn AP25 backups after a new update, it’s very expensively !!

Thanks :)

Sorry for my (bad) english, i am french.

As there’s only6(?) AP25 games I’d hardly call it expensive, with Black Op’s & Halo Reach being the most likely re burnt games..

Get a Jtag if you are that worried but no online…

Or, just accept that unless C4eva can find a way to defeat the AP25 problem that its a small price (a disc) to play your games.

yes that is what the 3.0 version of the 0800 fw is for, dealing with ap2.5 and xgd3

As in defeating it completely?

I thought he had said previously that he can’t stop all the versions of the AP check at one time?

I do hope its true tho, save me a trip around to a mates to get my FW flashed for every change..

Mind you, I rarely touch any of the AP games bar Reach, I’m not an online player so once I’d done COD etc in campaign mode I never went back.

Nothing has changed with respect to AP2.5. Backups done with 0800 v3.0 for BenQ and Lite-On do rip the AP2.5 data, and it’s still required as part of the ISO for proper stealth. AP2.5 data is dashboard version-specific, so yes, MS always has the option of changing it, and you will definitely need to reburn any games that do get updated.

@Mclane, near the bottom of profile page you should see “avatar upload”. Upload from computer/elswhere and you just “update” profile
Hope this helps.
