First I want to thank the team c4eva.
In my case I have a xbox360 with Benq reader. And besides INFECTUS chip is installed with dual / trial firmware.
On one bank of memory chip was programmed to the firm for benq lt2.0, and does not read any backups or xgd2 or xdg3.

thanks for your answers

a greeting

-Does it start with the right Bank/Firmware? (Don’t know the Chip… Can you choose somewhere? Or does it Change automatically?
-Can you play original Games? (If not you don’t have the right Key for your drive)
-Can you watch DVD’s, listen Audio CD or something else? (If not maybe you need a new Laser)
-What Burner do you have?
-What DL DVD’s do you take for Backups?

You can’t play originals.. so you have the wrong key for your drive.
If you have the right key everything should work fine.

But you should also buy a Liteon iHAS burner and flash it with the BurnerMax Firmware to burn your XGD3 Backups.

SOLVED
The problem was that I use 360FW-Toolbox-46 to enter the key in the LT +2.
The new dash position 13604 changes the key to another place of eeprom memory and 360FW-Toolbox-46 not located in the right place.
Working with JungleFlasher in its latest version I have managed to create the CF properly, placing, now if the key into place
