Hi all. I recently bought 2 IHAS 124b burners and a USBpro so I can do the burner max update. I’ve followed all instructions for the MAX f/w, ran my ISO through AGBX, set IMG burn up correctly, and have consistantly made…coasters! When burning the witten size does gfo up to over 8GB, so something is gettting put onthe disks. Toss it inthe 360 and .. boom! Disk not supported. However once it’s finished, if I use Windows explorer on that drive the disk only shows about 49.8MB written on it. once opened it shows folders for audio ( empty), video (6 files -nothing too big) a $ystem update file and a XEX file. I’ve defaulted the fw to stock and burned an older game how I use to and they work fine.. just the newer ones are giving me fits. Using the verb mkm 003 disks at 4x.. I mean everything in the tutorial is being followed to the T… If anyone has any idea, PLEASE throw me a rope!!!
Thanks

I had problems with my drive not reading verb cd’s.

Turned out to be a weak laser in my xbox 360 (worked fine with normal games but not backups)

Have you checked your backups with AGBX to make sure there’s no errors?

If everything shows green on AGBX and your xbox wont read the verb backups you may need to pot tweak your drive.

the drive is fine. It will play originals and back ups all the way up to the time burner max was needed.

sounds like a problem with your burner settings in img burn then.

I assume you tried a variation of different burner settings?

I do mine at 2.4x with img burn setting set to default and I insure my layer break is set to what is given in the .dvd file.

People use all sort of setting so it can be a little confusing.

If I get chance I will post you my settings.
