M$ has updated the beta kernal(to (BK:2.0.1888.0)) on systems causing the “The disc is unreadable”(first) then “The disc is unsupported”(after)

AKA your console will be flagged for failed AP25 check!

Do not play your mw3 backups!

ixtreme.com forum has many cases of this

From C4eva:
We’ve confirmed that the dae.bin has changed in the new Xbox 360 Fall 2011 Preview Dash (2.0.14686.0). It’s been reported by another team member that there now appears to be 2 tables of challenges, with a combined total of 192 challenges. c4eva has reported to the team that XGD2 and XGD3 backups are still booting under LT+ v2.0/2.01 (from team channel: [2011-11-10 08:58PM UTC] backups,xgd3 still booting). However, do not take this as a sign that everything is fine. Booting backups with older AP25 replay sectors on 14686 may get you flagged. Don’t say we didn’t warn you! We can confirm though that these changes will indeed necessitate new versions of and/or changes to Xbox Backup Creator, abgx360, and several other associated tools. It has also been confirmed by the team that drive fw’s are not affected. All the changes are currently being analyzed, and we’ll continue to update this post when further details become available.

That is in the BETA…you need to have signed up for it. Clearly though, Msft is messing around w/ something related to the DAE on current dashes. Users with retail discs are having issues too…

Apparently it’s reaching a head because the xbox support forums are down (probably due to all the traffic).

Thanks CrRar for your reply, hopefully it is just an error in M$ part.
I had checked if my console has been flagged for ban via the windows program Xval 2.0 and it indeed has stating failed AP:25 check.
