if you were on dash prior to 13146 then the update flashed your drive to stock firmware if you were on 15574 then the laser is weak or bad media/burn. gxd3 format / topology data hasn’t changed and dashupdate is safe with lt+ v3.0 they have kept a check on it all the way thru the beta program right up till the release of the final system update given to the masse’s of people. so reburn get new media or new laser /pot tweak it if you can. good luck!!

the system update could have put strain on the laser doing the fw / drive check’s. clean it then try.

This sounds dumb, but it has happened to me twice and this time too.
I use my xbox power cable, disconnect the xbox sata cable and plug the drive to the pc to flash. After flashing back to stock, updating and flashing with LT I’ve forgottten to plug back the xbox sata cable into the drive the second time DUH!. This causes the xbox to work normally and even eject the drive, but once you insert a disk, it’ll appear as if it won’t read it.
