Hi,

Im using Verbs MKM003 all on the rite settings but when I run them through K probe im always seem to be hitting high numbers over 100PI sometimes 200. They all seem to work ok and install onto HDD ok, but what Im worried about is if I get flagged or even banned for having high numbers. I havent heard anything from C4Eva about confirming with K probe so do I have too?

It is not necessary.

If everything works fine (install to HDD) just enjoy gaming ;)

It is necessary according to Team Xecuter – if you don’t wanna get banned because of CIV checks your DVDs need to have PI lower than 100 (avg. lower than 5,00) and PIF lower than 4 (avg. lower than 0,20).
I am burning games on MKM003 and got the best results burning games in Windows SAFE MODE (no processes running in background) using default ImgBurn settings + OPC enabled (write speed 4x), default iHAS settings (only SmartBurn ON) + clearing OPC history before EVERY burn (you can try turning Force Hyper Tuning ON or OFF and see if that makes your burns better or worse)

It’s necessary until the new abgx comes out, but even then abgx will only patch/verify the ISO, not the resulting burnt disc. KProbe tests the actual burn, so it may be something you’ll need to use regularly if you’re concerned about being flagged for ban.

I personally don’t care about Live, but I still run KProbe on my XGD3 burns to verify they are within the guidelines set out by Ubergeek at the TX forums.
