Hello
Any help with flashing with IHAS 124-19 C. There is no more B to sell in our country. All resellers refering that there is no more B drives can be purchased at all, From December 2011 only “C” will be manufactered. I purchased IHAS 124-19 C, but ofc cant flash it with provided firmware.

Regards,

Unfortunately, you are out of luck, only the iHAS124B, iHAS224B, iHAS324B, iHAS424B, iHAS524B or iHAS624B can be used.

I’d never even heard of the iHAS124C – only iHAS124A (old) and iHAS124Y (even older). As you say it was manufactured from December 2011, it’s obviously a new revision. But unless C4Eva had access to one, I don’t see a new firmware for that drive any time soon (if it’s even possible – it might not be as it needs a specific chipset).

I’m not sure what country you are in, but I purchased a iHAS124B from Scan.co.uk a few days ago, they still have it in stock.

Hello
Thanks CV
I have asked two re-sellers more “aggressive” way and they both said that revision “B” for IHAS drives is out of production and no more possible to order it. So do not purchase IHAS drives online as you for 99% sure will receive “C” revision. They also asked me to check some small markets as maybe they have and “old” drives for my use.
I think c4eva should know about it,, as more and more people will face same “problem” .
