I noticed around the time my MW3 copy got flagged, that earlier in the day when my xbox was off the usb flash drive in the front started lighting up and blinking like it does when data is being added to it. is it possible that this was an indicator to the dae.bin update?

well if you happen to remember whether or not your usb flashed then MAYBE it would be an indicator… but you could also just think back “have i been online since this started?” the only REAL way, other than trying a disc and having it fail (which WILL flag your xval), is to dump your nand, RGH your box, flash xell and get your cpu key, then decrypt your nand and compare the dae.bin to the previous version.

I dont think microsoft is rolling out the ban (or else they would of done it already) and it didnt workout for them that good last time. everyone was banned and started buying ps3s because you could play a modded ps3 online. now its opposite xbox 360 is the only thing you can play online thanks to c4eva

i dnt like they will ban ppl because unmod systems is having the same problem so if you get banned just call them up and complain because i know i will and they would have to do someone about the ban wave
