Ok so I’m just getting to grips with Xbox Backup Creator.

I was wondering why you need to make your sure the .din file in xbox backup creator matches up with the dashboard you are currently using?

And what happens if I use an old .din file that dose not match up with my current dashboard when ripping games?

Thanks for your help in advance

You must have the most recent dae.bin file to make sure that u extract a iso image with the correct and most recent ap2.5. But if you use a older dae.bin you will be fine as long as it is XGD2 becuase you can run it through ABGX360 to stealth patch it with the new ap2.5 checks. Not that it even matters becuase M$ has updated ap2.5 checks so ABGX and the latest dae.bin wont help you right now. We must wait for LT+3.0

Well before we had to reburn our old ap2.5 games to match the new ap2.5 checks but with LT+3.0 on the way it is suposed to completly do away with ap2.5 so i am asuming that once the new flash comes out we will need to reburn our ap2.5 games and then we wont have to reburn them again.
