I dont have a spare drive to rip my xgd3 originals and im getting sick of opening my xbox up pulling out the drive and flashing the 0800 fw to rip and reflashing lt2.0 to my liteon to play…
Anyone no of a good place to download good quality trusted backups?

They sell a device that allows you to quickly flash your drive without having to take console apart. In that case you could quickly swap between 0800 and lt fw to rip then play your back ups.

just buy a spare lite on drive cheap a**, they cost $30. they money you save on back ups should more then cover the cost.

Its the xecuter blaster. http://team-xecuter.com/blasterck3/
seems like a pretty sweet idea but, I think its a little pricey. You could also prob buy some cheap non hdmi banned 360 off craigslist or something just for this purpose.

that looks like a lot of unnecessary work to install the blaster. opening the xbox takes me less than a minute. i personally wouldn’t spend $50 for that slight convenience, but if you have the money, go for it i guess. however for that price, you could probably just get an extra drive…

plus with the blaster, if you ever do need to open the xbox, there are all those extra cables in the way to mess with each time.
