i bought a 3month gold . however , this error occurs when i>>>

please help me.

If it’s possible, redeem the card on your Xbox 360 console, it’s most accurate when confirming it’s code. I get better results when I use my Xbox 360 console instead of the Xbox.com itself. If the problem continues, please post here and give us more information or call m$. they can check the validity of the code from their end. if that’s an invalid code they might give you new one.
