anyone else experienced sound loss intermittedly and u have to restart the xbox to regain the sound.
first time was with nba 2k12, i thought it was because its a xgd3 and it was before the max fw, but now it happened with pro evo soccer 12 and that game is xgd2.

For lack of a better word, it sounds like more of an xbox problem than a game problem. Have you tried originals or only backups? Try some originals if you haven’t yet

sounds like a drive reading issue to me. original games are always easier to read on the drive. maybe you need to calibrate your laser.

you said originals work fine, but then you say dashboard sound is broken. so yeah i would try another tv and another av cable. not at the same time though, so you can pinpoint the problem.

yeah , the sound cuts out while playing and then when i return to the dash, it will also have no sound, its completely mute. i have to swith off xbox and restart and the sound will be back on. it has happened only 3 times, both with backups.
