To start, I would like to say that I appreciate c4eva and all of his work and commitment to putting out the best and most complete backup solutions we all could ever ask for. Is there any idea yet if LT+ 2.0 will be Live safe? If you can’t say yet, I fully understand. Unlike some people, I am a patient man and can wait for as long as it takes. Thanks.

well seeing as how they updated from iXtreme 1.6 and went to LT instead of 1.7. somehow i remember LT meaning Lite Touch because after 1.6 it was “stealth firmware” meaning live safe. and of course the + from LT+ is for the ap2.5 protection. so if it’s still going to be called LT, then i would think it’s still going to be stealth. then again that is just my speculation, so don’t take my word for it.

Yes, but so far, there hasn’t been a need to do any alterations to the data to allow the image to fit on a disc. This would; at least in my limited knowledge, not allow the Live disc checks to see the backup as a perfect match to the pressed version.
